i was in digby over christmas, thats where my parents live. Colin macalpine told me there was a orange one there, also one wrx and a civic si... when i took him for a rip he almost **** his pants it was funny.

i used to go to school in digby too...back in grade 10. and im 21 now.

Springs

Hey guys. Got the springs on. Only took me 2 hours and that included me doing a brake job on the front. here are some pics:

its 1.9" in the front and 1.6 in the back. I got more than that. Let me know when you want to do it. I've got a spring compressor if you need it. should only take 2 hours to do. You better have some keiths ready. lol

Keiths it is...Im thinking sometime in late march or so. No hurry for it yet as Im barely driving her. Plus i still need to get my tires for the rims. Did you bother with a camber kit?

If you have an impact gun you really dont need a spring compressor. I put a set of eibach springs on an ss a few months ago and it took me 50 minuts to drop it....slick as heck. I just put my foot on the spring and took the top nut off with an impact gun, and you dont need to compress the spring for the lowering spring.

for my stock struts and lowering springs i still needed to use the compressor. there was not enough room. Safer that way too.

yeah id use the compressor, one of those puppies compressed can be a nice hole in someones fender hood or face for that matter if your not careful

well forbes fucked my balt

we had our first ss 4 door 2.4l in the shop 4 days before christmas to get some brake work done when i picked the car up i was bootin down portland st when the thing locked up and slid around 50- 70 feet there damm macknic forgot to put the calaper bolt in it came off the router and jammed in to my rim nearly splitting the rim we all were banged up a bit (lawyer involved) but it was completly crazy anyway after 12 hrs at forbes they completly replaced my 06 auto ss with a loaded 07 5 spd ss 2.4 so if you get work done there def double check there work
i know ill never be back there again
