im turning 25 in august why dont we meet up tonight at the julep im going to pass by tonight but not for long i messed up my leg at work

 

Apparently everyone else meets at the julep on tuesday's at like 8... If i cant go tonight, i'm gunna go on tuesday for sure! I'll let you know bro!

hey Iam not from montreal, but NB,,,,but iam always looking for excuses to go on a road trip!! and road troipo to montreal to meet some fella cobalter's would be awesome!! Let me know where ure group is or where the **** is going down!! Plus I can pick up a little lady in quebec for the weekend, it just = to all kinds of fun!!

 

winter is pretty much here so the scene is gonna cool off for a while, im sure once it warms up then we will have some more meets

Now don't get me wrong I think it's great to have a local site to check into for events and such, but I just don't really understand why? this site seems to quit large and full of some great info and people and is a great place to bring members together both locally and on a larger scale threw the regional search.

Theres nothing wrong with having two places for info. Here for mainstream info, and the other to chek out comming events. It takes what 1 minute to chek whats going on!!

 

well i think the montreal site was a good idea because all the regionals can talk to eachother without the entire cobaltss.net forum reading it, and potentially flaming them. our site is going to turn out nice come spring time when theres going to be lots of activity.
a lot of the french canadians are turned off by this site because its pretty much 100% english, montreal's site allows them to read and post and not worry about not understanding people

Yeah i sure hope it turns out good this summer!! More advertise to get more people signed up!! For the french, wellI am french and i can speak both so its not a problem, but it would suck if some people cant understand what the others are saying! (french or english)

 

I do see what you are both saying and I see your point and agree with you, I have signed up so I hope it works out and grows as you are hoping it will. Just as a side note I am 100% english and have no french at this time, but that will change as time goes on.......I hope LOL.

BTW what kind of tires are you guys running? I slapped on new steelies and studded tires and MAN what a difference on the days that it snowed. Otherwise traction = a fantasy haha...

 

I got 16" aluminum rims for my car. They where only 20$ more a rim than steel rims!! I got federal himalaya ws1 tires. They work real good so far and they are alot cheaper than blizzaks and X-ice. What kind of tire are u running?

 

I find the cold weather is killing my fuel milage though, but the car doesnt seem to complain yet!! Just likes his juices a little more
