When you say they have rims. Are the steal rims that will fit a Cobalt SS/ SC ? are they 18 inch or 16inch? Do they match the cobalt ss/sc bolt pattern? I haven't been able to find any thing that I would be able to put on my SS. I don't plan on driving in the winter much anyways, but i would like to have the option on a nice sunny winter day.

I got 16ich aluminums for 120$ a wheel, the best i could find steel was 95$$ so a extra 25 bones a wheel for aluminum is nothing. And they look preatty sweet to, they are rxt something with hyper silver finish

Just make sure when you install your winter tires you go with the proper sizing. 205/60r16 as this is the proper size conversion to keep everything proper for your speedo.
