We need something more local..

Well, CSS.net is great and everything, good information, but i find its just not local enough, as much as all the other car clubs around here atleast.

i was thinking about making a website, maybe atlanticecotecs.com or atlanticcobalts.com. i can get the site name and everything for super cheap and i can make the site and have forums and everything. it would be for like, NS, NB and Newfoundland and PEI or something. much like this but like i said more local. and also (i find) its hard reppin cobaltss.net decals on your car if its not an SS. not knocking this site though, and im sure we'd all still use it.

but let me know what you guys think about this !

yeah lowmotion.org is great but domestics are not allowed to be a lowmotion member. but they are allowed to be a forum member just not a offical club member. i would be down for a local forum for cobalts.

Low motion? going under? no way!!!!
somone else took over them now thats why the whole thing about allowing domestics in is coming about, but from what i last seen they were gonna do votes, on witch cars will be welcomed to represent low mo, just like Custom Obsessions but they are strickly Audi and VW

yea that is true, alot of the domestics are hated by people.
the only domestic places around are
rick's gm tuners
high intenzity (any make is aloud there)
ca mix anyone is welcomed there
nsmax or something like that

but i would agree have a cobalt car club for cobalt ss s/c, ss t/c, ss, ls, lt and cobalt

Go for it big guy!
do what low mo does.
they have sections on the fourms for all members of the site, but then they have sections for paying members.
and make it so that a paying member is the ones who get decals for their car! and at the same time work with kevin on a style that would look decent for the window banners

i'm gettin out of the whole window banner ****! it's too tacky smaller decals or logo's are the way to go doesn't draw too much attention to yourself or your ride and gives you more of the clean/slickish look

but either way i can help out with the site if there is alot of interest! i have some site experience

I like the banner that goes up and down. Looks real good, I think a few people have it this way now.

oh god your not one of them chad, I absolutely hate those banners that are up and down on the windshield I find it looks tackier then the one on top (and trust me I know I own one on top of mine) but truely it depends on the car and the decal really ive seen some that I like and ive seen A LOT that I hate. I saw a neon with the downforce on the side....uglier then anything ive ever seen.

p.s. guys if you really wanted their logo its not hard to take a picture then bring it to a decal shop and they will make you one for a small fee so you ain't gotta be a member only to have it just to buy it from them itself.
