so last year i polished my valve cover and i didnt put a coat of clear over it so when before i put it into storage i noticed it was starting to get spotty. Just wonder if im better off when i take it out to polish it again and clear it or to paint it. I know its mostly personal preference but just wondering for cleaning wise. also if i go through with polish i have to do the supercharger as well, and dont know how difficult it will be to rip this all apart. any info on this would be great, thanks guys

 

I'm painting my valve cover, but I like polished too, since you already polished it before, I would re do it then clear it
