Vancouver Area's First Meet @
Brentwood Mall. Yes this is a go with the plan to include pictures and a bite to eat while getting to know one another.
We can then drive to
1) Stanley Park through the city, maybe even end at Ambleside park, West Van for pics with the ocean\Stanley Park as our background, or
2) cruise to Squamish as previously suggested
We should be flexible which to do depending on who all shows up as some guys may want to flex some hp on the twisty's of the highway. I have checked and construction on the sea to sky is definitely not happening on the weekends.
As for auto canceling because of the rain I would say no. If we wait for a sunny Sunday in BC that may be a while and some are booking off work to make it on the 7th. Besides it can be raining in Maple Ridge but not Surrey, then be raining in Burnaby and not in Abbotsford or Vancouver. We locals all get the picture.

I like the Stanley Park thing. Some good pics could come out of that locale.
My G\F said there is some kind of event going on, (can't remember what it was and she is at work), so I will try to find out what it is and where it is happening cause it may cause traffic concerns.
I might add I am up for whatever.
I saw an "N" on the back of Pie's car. Isn't there a stipulation for driving at night by yourself when ya got one of those puppies attached to the back??

) and there's a couple decent cars ( rhd silvia s13, 240sx w/ SR20DET, and a couple turbo KA's )...i dunno how you guys would feel with some import invasion but it might make for some nice "outside opinions" and photo ops 
Anyways, i'll defnitely try to make it back in time cuz sounds like we're gonna get pretty decent attendence at the meet
