December Meet

So I figured id make a new thread so that everyone knows what going on for the meet.

We have yet to decide what day were gonna meet, from what it looks like there is interest for Dec 19, There was also the idea brought up for us to bring some food or cash for the food bank. I think this is a really good Idea.

let's hear what you guys think!

im down for the 19 i close the shop here in maple ridge at about 6 so im good anytime after that, or could close a little earlier if need be, or we could all just meet here at my shop, we are collecting for the food bank here too so everyone could just drop there food here and when i deliver it i can put it as a joint effort from the shop and the club, just a thought anyway.

someone suggested around SFU Burnaby in one of the empty parking lots. and what time do you guys want to meet earlier in the day would be nice like at 3 ish or something like that while there is still daylight out.

Now that sounds like a good idea, I'm sure we could all muster up a can or two of food for the food bank. IDK about the timing on it 6pm is a little late we wanted to get daylight shots of the cars on Burnaby Mountain, but I'll bring a few things for the bank.

Ya so I goofed. I have to work on the 19th so I won't be there unless we meet in the evening. Other than that I would suggest the 21st which is the Sunday. Might be easier seeing as it looks like a lot of us would be working the 19th. Either way though, if I make it, I will gladly be the one to collect any donations for the food bank. I live near one so it's easy for me to run it over there.

Anyone formally organized date/time/place yet? Cuz if not, sounds like I'm going to step in and it may or may not be what OP was planning????
