I think this location might serve us better, we have peaple commin up from the states and this is only 30 mins from the border,it has lots of parking food concession on the beach,washroom facilities you can barbacue there and im sure there is some local camping,i also should be able to put someone up for the night as long as they dont mind dogs and cats

Remember guys it needs to me a central location for everybody. Making it closer for one group can make it much farther for another (US vs Kelowna) and the locals will least likely want to spend a lot of time driving to and from. Of course I can't make it (car won't be ready) so it's just my opinion.

What time is this going to happen? How long is everyone going to hang out for? Just wondering because I have to drive about 4 hours (1 way) at the least to attend. I was planning to leave at 11am, so I would be there around 3pm.
