well duh. I went to all those places before i posted, plus about 15 other places around the city and nobody had any used ones, or any new ones for a decent price. So I was seeing if anybody on here had any.

thats stock ss size right? I have my old set in my garage, 2 are bald-ish stock pirelli's and I'm not sure what other ones were but I believe they had decent tread left. Or if you want new I've got a couple other sources, I can call around, depending on what your price range is.

ok well i got quoted $300 at fountain tire for 2 new installed and balanced and such after taxes. But im looking to spend about half of that. I dont think its stock size though. My stocks were 205/50/17 but i didnt like them so i got 215/45/17 instead

If you just need to pass inspection then you could put stock size back on. I went out and checked, I have my 2 stock pirellis with a little tread left and then 2 michelin tires with atleast 50%+ on them ( I have no idea how much) both are 205/50 r17. If you wanted to check them out you could. Or if you want new ones in 215/45 r17 National Tire Wholesale has some lower end ones for $91 each. They're located in Delta and are pretty great to work with.
