Ordered my 3rd gen projectors with 6000k hids (decided to go with the better visibility)

just an FYI, i got the 3rd gens also couple months ago, and the cutoff is shitty as hell

 

i was reading in another thread (cant find the link)
that there is a metal piece inside the headlights which you can take out of the headlights and that helps with the cutoff

have you tried that??

nope, didnt even know about that. on mine though, i have 2 nice hot spots. this is a bit close but ya get the idea.

 

yeah i see that, stuff like that drives me nuts
possibly try taking that metal piece out!!
