Richmond Cobalts/Pursuits?
There's are two black ones that I've seen, they're both LS models I beleive.
1 - Steveston Area
1 - Seafair Area
And then there's me also in the Seafair area. I've seen these guys a few times, around 3:45PM ish during the week, any of you guys?
