05 SS/SC G85, wrecked

Selling this car off because it was totaled from the rear and has damage in the front.

LSJ with 70k, 2.8" pulley, stiffy, hurst shifter, 60's, dual pass (I ran the stocker and a CX big HE but the CX is trashed) tuned with HP Tuners and some other goodies. It has a full 3" CA header/CTI Catted Downpipe and Vibrant exhaust but I would like to keep the full exhaust. Interior is in excellent condition. All the glass besides the windshield is in good shape. 4 Nitto 555's with plenty of rubber left. Wheels are good besides the typical wear and tear. I'd also like to keep the door speakers and subwoofer and the aftermarket amp I have if possible.

Onto the shitty gritty,

I didn't have full coverage on the car and the trucking company that hit me is claiming they didn't have time to stop which is dragging the time that it takes to go to court out meanwhile the Exxon station that towed is going to the DMV to claim the title of the vehicle so they can collect scrap money. The car is sitting at an Exxon station in Harrisburg, PA and I'm selling the car for what it costs to get it out of the lot plus what I owe on my VW I bought. Unfortunately I can't get the exhaust and speakers out until the car is moved from the lot its currently sitting in. I took very good care of this car when it was alive. I changed the oil every 3k with RP and a Baldwin filter and kept it extremely clean. I would love to see someone use the engine and trans and whatever else they can as I spent a year in Iraq to pay the car off and build it up and don't want to see a good LSJ and F35 hit the scrap yard.

I'm asking $2,000 for the car without the exhaust and stereo pieces. $2500 will take the whole car as is. I'm pretty firm on the price as It's exactly what I owe, I'm a full time student and can't come up with the money myself to get it out of the lot, nor do I have time to part it out if I were able to get it out.

Here's some pics of the car before and after the accident. If the link doesn't work let me know. You can email me directly to my BB at Mattbirch85@hotmail.com

Car is located in Harrisburg PA and I have access to a roll back if your local to my area.

Its entirely intact, The only things I removed was the A pillar pod which I have because I didn't want to lose my wideband and Interceptor.

I had an AEM and Aeroforce but I sold the Aeroforce and I'm keeping the AEM because I plan on getting an 06-07 STI come summer.

I can't sell anything off of the car till it is out of the lot. Or else I'd sell you guys anything you wanted.

LOL no problem, the plan is to get the money for it by selling it in order to get it out. Whomever buys it can sell whatever they please. Like I said the bill on its 2k which is my asking price without the exhaust and speakers. So in the end I don't make anything other than the peace of mind that my engine went to a good home and not a crusher.

So the deal is we pay you the money then you get the car out and give it to the buyer?

Exactly

I'd prefer to go with the buyer to the Exxon station so the buyer can take the title and take posession of the car on the spot.

I'm rather surprised no one jumped on this yet. It does run just fine and the trans shifts fine too. You would most likely make your money back on it if you parted it out.
