05 VR SS/SC Turbo Swapped
I've owned the car since 2007 when I bought it used with 19,000 miles on it. I kept it stock up until around the summer of 2009 where I did the typical bolt on's. I finished the turbo swap last spring/summer. The car currently has 45,000 miles on it. I daily drove this car since the swap was completed up until about 2-3 months ago. I have had ZERO isssues mechanically with the car. It doesn't smoke or burn oil. I've done oil changes every 3,000 miles using only Mobile 1 and oem filters. I have removed the foglights and cut a little bit of the bumper cover because of how I ran the intercooler piping. The wing has been removed and the holes plugged. While doing the swap I removed air conditioning. The compressor and condenser are still on the car. The rest of the parts will come with the car if you would like to hook it all back up. The car has a few rock chips and such from daily driving the car for a few years but nothing outrageous. I have another daily driver now so I typically only take the cobalt out 1-2 times a week. Onto the mods of the car, most of which is in my sig. but i'll go through everything.

Interceptor scan gauge
Pioneer AVH-P4000DVD headunit with Ipod connection
ARK short throw shifter w/ base bushings
G85 recaro seats out of an 06 (small inch long seem splitting on the drivers seat)
ZZP drilled and slotted front brake rotors (brand new, just put on)
oem rear brake rotors (brand new, just put on)
Evolution ceramic brake pads all the way around (brand new, just put on)
ZZP turbo exhaust manifold
Garrett 50 trim T3/TO4E .63 hotside turbo
tial 38mm wastegate
custom 2.5"-3" catless downpipe
custom external dump tube
CTI 3" catback
custom 2.5" hot and coldside piping with a 3" MAF pipe
CXracing 22"x8"x3.5" intercooler
ZZP 50mm BOV
RD Fabs intake manifold
Hallman Pro manual boost controller
80 lb/hr injectors
OTT fuel pump rewire
custom 3" turbo intake with spectre filter

Universal windshield washer tank mounted in the trunk
JM Fabrications catch can mounted underneath the intake manifold
These parts come with the car but just haven't been installed yet
OTT return style fuel system w/walbro pump
Clutchmasters stage 4 sprung 6 puck clutch kit
OEM LNF throw out bearing
ARP flywheel bolts
ZZP S1 axles
17' 5 spoke Borbet wheels with BFG 225/40 drag radials mounted ( about 4/32 left)
Factory high rise wing
bunch of extra intercooling piping and t-bolt clamps
factory windshield washer tank

its nice to see turbo lsjs come up for sale. it wud be nice for one on the west coast lol. but hows that clutch install lookin you were sayin it was slippin 2 months ago id imagine its on its last limb now. are you gonna install it before the sale
The clutch is ok. Since it has warmed up the clutch has been doing better since less power with warmer air. I have no plans to install the clutch before the sale of the car but if somebody wants something might be able to be worked out for something to get done.
