I doubt there will be a whole lot of interest here, but I figured I'd list it anyways. Up for sale is my Grand Am. It has been a great car since I've had it, but I am getting the itch to try something else. It has a strong HO engine, cai, long tube header, full custom 2.5" exhaust, and 14" wheels with nitto nt555r drag radials on the front. The best it has run thus far is 15.13, and that was prior to the header and exhaust. The car is in great running order, and is drivable anywhere. It has brand new plugs and has always gotten consistent oil changes. It has been checked top to bottom and everything checks out. good compression, cooling system holds pressure, brand new rad. cap, good leakdown results, etc., etc.

Not all is perfect, there are always some problems with 16 year old cars. There is a very small amount of rust above the rear wheels, the paint has had peeling problems on the roof and a small spot on the hood as all of these cars do, the side skirts are cracked in some places, etc. But as far as the interior, powertrain, and drivetrain, this car is in excellent condition. It has about 133,000 miles.

I will be looking for about $1200. Any interest out there?

It's pretty amazing what good tires will do for 1/4 mile times...I think 15.1 for that car is pretty good...

it's at least a high 14 sec car now. the header i put on has shown on several dyno sheets AT LEAST 10whp. that, and it now has a complete exhaust.

 

too bad this wasnt a part out. im lookin for a set of cam towers from a HO motor for my cavy.....but they are so hard to come across

i don't know what a safty is, but if it's emissions testing then it will fail for lack of a cat. we don't have any kind of testing in MN
