I really do love it! There's not a single thing about the car I dislike! I just got a good deal on it, and I couldn't pass it up. So now I'm trying to sell it so I can buy the car I've really wanted all along before the guy on here sells it! =(

Thanks, man! As soon as I sell this (if it sales), I'll be buying that yellow 06 SS/SC that's been for sale on here forever.

I can't wait to finally be part of the CSS fam. =P

9K? In the old thread you said you was buying it for 4K. I looked it up on KBB and it said it's worth $6,055 in good shape. 200-210 whp? Thats REALLY high, check this thread out people are getting in the 14Xwhp range stock. http://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/s...d.php?t=101162

Clean car though.

The guy raised the price at the last minute. I definitely didn't get it for 4k. =\

Also, http://www.nadaguides.com/usedcars.a...da=-1&mi=43000

That says $8k. You're looking at the trade in value, obviously. I'm taking the carbon fiber hood, nice CD player, and the other this and that mods to the car into consideration. I think it's a good deal considering I've seen Foci selling for $10k with more miles and less mods.

I have a girl where I live who's real interested in buying it, but I'd like some more offers in case she doesn't want it.

You are showing what you would pay at a dealer (retail) and I was going by private party numbers (not trade in). Technicaly mods add no value and I'm sure I'm not the only one that would actually perfer it to not have all the exterior mods. You should also consider you can get an LS1 F-body or a SRT-4 for very little more. Good luck with the sale though.

You will not be able to sell a car for RETAIL value. Period. 75% of car dealerships dont even have their cars list price at retail value. Private party is what you need to be looking at. I dont mean to bust your ***** just trying to help you get your car sold and its not going to happen for 9k.

I almost picked one of these up from a dealership. They agreed on 6k. It did have 71,000 miles. It was a 2003 black w/ black rims. These cars are quicker then you think they're very nice. Good Luck selling it..No way for $9,000 try $7,500 you should be able to get that.

So you felt telling people who typically like fast cars that a 2.2 could beat (which I would like to see first) was somehow beneficial to me selling it?

Edit: Thanks for the backup, guys. I love this car, and I don't think it's that slow, actually. I just need to sell it.
