Im looking to get a cobalt ss, and to do that, the bike must go. I live in Dayton, Ohio.
Its a blue 05 R6 (600cc). The bike has about 15,000 miles on it, but the motor only has 2 miles on it because it was rebuilt by a dealership so it has new crank case, rings, gaskets, 520 chain and sprocket, ect. The list goes on.
The motor was NOT blown. Something fell onto the chain, shot forward, and hit a tab on the motor and it blew a hole about the size of a dime in the crank case.
It has Pilot Powers with about 700 miles on them and the rear is the 2CT.
I always changed the oil at about 2500 miles and took great care of it. There are a couple very minor cosmetic things with it just like any other bike with 15,000 miles, but is in good condition.
I have a clean title in hand.
$5500 obo
If you want to go fast for cheap, this is it. With me on it, i ran 10.60's at about 130 mph in the quarter mile. You dont have to worry about that because its a rebuilt motor!
Here are the latest pics I have. I also have a few aftermarket parts that we can work a deal on.

Here is a video of a couple runs down the drag strip. http://youtube.com/watch?v=w_XRftZpL44
I was taking slide stops off the bike and left a stubby screwdriver somewhere on the bike. I took the bike for a test ride and it fell down, hit the chain, and broke the crank case. I was only going about 25 mph when it happened. Give me a minute and i will get some pics of the damage.
The damage

And this is how i knew it was a screwdriver. I found it in the front chain guard after i pushed it home.

...get something like an SV650 and learn how to ride...then track day it and pass 1000s in the twisties you will **** them all off
oh i wish. That hole is apart of the whole block. It is either weld it, or get a new block. I could not find anyone to weld it because of that bearing right there. We were afraid it would melt it.
I thought about getting a used motor, but didnt want to mess with it. I had already dropped the motor and put it back in once to take it to a welder that said he could do it. When i got the motor to him he backed out. I then took it to the best welder in the area, and he would not touch it either. I also looked for about 3 weeks for a used motor and could not find one. I was done messing with it and just took it to the dealership to get rebuilt.
