13900? Not likely I think, the dealer will try and sell it for that much most likely if you trade it in.

 

just a starting price. if you must know i paid 13,000 cash money outa my pocket about 2 months (no loans). my mods proably decrease the value a little bit but if no one wants a flawless black 06 ss/sc for 13,900-13,000 then i wont sell it and tell my girlfriend to get a job and ill wash it every other day lol...

no i wouldnt. i took it to the dealership and they offered me 10,200 for it with no trade..or should i say stealership lol..all is good just have to give her to a proud owner on here or CL. this new price will be here for a long time..
