2008 Cobalt ss 9,xxx miles

Name-jeremy
Contact- pm or call/text 301-752-9567

I hate to have to do this, but sometimes life happens. I am in the middle of changing careers and have many things going on and i cant keep this car. This is a two owner car, the previous owner and me. Clean carfax no accidents. This car is like NEW! Only has 9,xxx miles, still under warranty(transferable), on star, xm, sunroof, g85, loaded minus rpd. This car is basically stock with the exception of lowering springs, and black wheels. Stock springs will be included in sale. Still has the new car smell, mint condition and the price reflects that. Car also has a car care package, and a tire package. I have all paper work and owners manual for the car.

New price 17,700 FIRM.

The whole idea of "taking over the payments" not sure what that means anymore......what could possibly happen in that scenario?

How did you go wingless? I have a low-rise and I want to go wingless or the high rise with the carbon fiber inserts?

here's my question... what are the payments and for how long?

the car is already 4 1/2 years old. shouldn't it be almost paid off?

sale price of 20k seems a bit steep even though it is mint.

You can call me if seriously interested and questions can be answered. If in fact I bought that car brand new 4 years ago it might be paid off, or if you took a moment to read everything the price is OBO, and if you have ever sold a car before you know to always start high and negotiate to a fair price point to both party's.

So for anyone that is SERIOUSLY interested just call me and I will be happy to answer all questions about the car/warranty/payments and anything you would like to know or just read.

His payments also have no bearing on whoever purchases its payments.

Agree upon a price and the buyer pays it plain and simple. Seller takes money to bank to payoff loan to release title to the new buyer. Anything left over is money back to seller.

Buyer needs to secure their own financing for the vehicle. If I were buying it, I would not just hand him money either. You need to make sure you get the lien release.

^ kinda works that way, but you have to get approved by The bank and then it all goes in your name. Your credit can affect it, as well as the loan term. Say he owes 15K, payment of $450/month. Your payment for 15 for a new 5 year loan would be closer to $300/325.

There's options. Like R1 said, you just need to settle on a price. The bank will Work out the rest.

Thanks r1owner and ls6rally for knowing what they are talking about, "taking over payment" would be taking over the remaining balance from my banking institution if approved.
