BUMP -- A lot of you think the $18,000 price tag is too much for the car, and I can respect that. I just want to mention that I've only found 1 other 2008 SS (turbocharged) in this general area at a dealership going for $20k sticker. Other ads on this forum for the 08-09 model run from 17-21k. I think this is a perfectly reasonable price for this car.

Don't let 'em lowball you. Sure, there are deals out there, but they are few a far between. I also think these cars are gaining popularity, so hold out for what you want.

Autotrader is FTW! I've sold 4 cars on Autotrader..and each one sold within a week...2 of which I overpriced considerably and got my asking price!...I will never use anything other than Autotrader to sell a car! Free Bump! Good price!

i got dealers wanting to buy my 08 with 6,500 on it for 18.5k im sure they are gonna sell it for 20-21k though

Hmm..maybe I'll talk to a Chevy dealer and see what they say. I've heard "trade in" value was really low though, so we'll see. Otherwise it'll be up on autotrader very soon.
