2008 Cobalt SS T/C GMS1
Hey guys. Due to needing $$ (buying a house), I have to sell my daily driver. It's a black on black 08 Cobalt SS T/C. I bought it with around 30K on the clock, it how has ~ 41K (and rising...it's still my daily driver for another week or so...). I'm going to have another car as my new daily driver on the road as of next weekend I hope.
So, it's pretty much stock other than the GMS1, TWM Shifter and moved the badging around (wanted to make it look a LITTLE different than the other ones on the road, w/o looking ricey). It has BRAND NEW tires installed this week (I wasn't planning on selling the car...bought the tires a month ago, just put them on)...they are the BFG Sport tires. Definitely gives it a softer ride than the OEM's. It has a sunroof, optional stereo w/factory aux and sub in the trunk. Also has a high ride spoiler.
The car has NEVER been tracked (by me or previous owner...we both had our "track cars"...no need to beat up the daily driver). GMS1 was installed due to people saying you get around 1-2 MPG extra on the highway. To be honest with you, I get about 1 mpg LESS city and 1 mpg HIGHER on the highway...sooo...didn't work out as planned. I average high 27-high 28 mpg mixed city and highway with the car. 70 mpg, cruise control all the way to and from work, 100 mile round trip. I drive to and from work with a 70 year old guy that gets mad when I go over 70 to pass someone, so as you can imagine, I don't beat on it @ all
The car has it's normal road rash that you would expect from all highway driving, but the car looks GREAT as you can see from the pictures.
I'm asking $13,800...I don't think that's too bad of a price, but I guess we'll see what offers I guess. Need the car gone within 2 weeks...that's the goal. Need the $$ for down payment on a house. Just because I need the car sold doesn't mean I'm going to give it away. Thanks for looking, I am located in North Arlington, NJ 07031...and I work in Farmingdale, NJ 07727.
