2009 Cobalt SS ZFR

Long time since I've been on here...

Well, I recently picked up a new vehicle as the modding has begun and need my car gone. It runs perfectly fine with all supporting mods and has been taking good care of. The car has never seen a winter and has zero rust. It does have 49,341 miles on it and probably wont go up much unless I have to move it around in the yard. It did make 440+hp/405tq with all the mods on 93. It has only been modified cosmetically with cm lowering springs, projector headlights, polished wheels with brand new cooper RS3As, and tint. Tried to keep it clean and simple looking. It is located in PA.

I'm asking $11,500 for it.

The mods list:
ZFR 6758
ZZP uppercharge pipe
ZZP catless downpipe
ZZP large intercooler
K&N SRI intake
TurboXS GT full exhaust
GMS1 sensors
4.45 trans with KY stage 3 clutch
Term2 tuned

Cons:
Crinkle in rear bumper below taillight and light scratches from hit and run when I was backing up out of a parking spot
2 small dents in hood from old Injen charge pipe blowing off
Egg shell shatter mark in drivers door
Normal rock chips

If interested PM me. Thanks for looking!

Bummer, good luck with your sale. Always liked the car. Wish you could make 1 last good run on the track with it.
What did you replace it with?

I could a couple good runs but I don't wanna break anything just in case. Haha. I ended finding a steal of a deal on a 12 regular cab Cummins. Absolutely love it but it'll need a trans when it gets serious into the mods.

Boooo!
So sorry to hear that!
And for a truck? lol
No offense, I would have felt better if you were upgrading to a Vette or something.
Just not a truck guy at all myself.
But in all seriousness, GLWS and have fun with the new toy!

Haha. I've tossed up a lot of options and possibilities before making my decision. I didn't wanna have to worry about too many traction problems. Pretty happy with it so far. Anyone car make a car fast but when trucks are fast it's a different ball game. All stock I ran 15.8 back to back to back and it should be different now that it's deleted, intake, 5" exhaust, fass fuel pump, and efi tuned. Buddy of mine with a crew cab and just efi live ran 13.4 twice.

I have a quad cab Dakota but it's my main transportation. I wouldn't ever by a truck to make fast unless it was something like the srt truck, but to each his own. I know 09cobaltSS likes to rod his truck. I would miss the handling of a lightweight car too much. Good luck with it, hope the rear quarters don't rust off of it.

I hate to see that nice zfr powered car go to someone who may not take care of it. Good luck though. I like trucks too but not enough to make one a drag car/truck.

Dude came from West Virginia today, prepared and cash in hand, to take it off my hands. He was easy to get along with and knew a ton about it and has a m62 cavi. Pretty sure it went to someone whose gonna take care of and at least sticking around with an ecotec dude. I'll probably be around once or twice though. Nice getting to know some of you guys!
