probably not. but ive bought a few cars with out a title. its called a parts car. you wouldnt be able to put the car in your name. the bank would come after me for the balance owed.

 

and no its not a scam. i do have the title in my name and the banks. its registered. insured. i still drive it. but eventually im gonna stop making payments and they bank will be sending out the pickup truck with the hidding tow to repo it
