2010 Cobalt SS ("total loss") $2500
Hello im looking to sell my 2010 Cobalt SS "as is" that was deemed a total loss by insurance company back in July. I am the original owner and car has 84,9xx miles on it. Original options included RPD, sport pedals but no LSD I just received salvage certificate in the mail to transfer to new owner
Mods include:
ZZP PCM
Mpx catback exhaust
Hahn catted downpipe
K&N SRI
Mpx intercooler (brand new bought in June)
New brembo calipers and pads and R1 slotted and drilled rotors
4 Conti DWSs with lesss then 1k miles on them.
As for the damage car is going to need a front and rear bumper (i bought these from a user here just last month in great condition and will include them with sale) hood, headlights, foglights, upper and lower plastic grille and radiator support bsr to be cut or pulled out. Needs a radiator and new MAP sensor( have new one also included with sale). Body shop which car was towed to said 90% cosmetic other then radiator and MAP sensor and frame is completely straight which is why i kept car

Yea we might have...to be perfectly honest I have no experience welding so unless i bring it to a shop I wont be able to do that. A buddy of mine suggested using a comealong tool to try and pull it the upper rad support bar out....any thoughts if this may work or worth trying at least

Yea if it comes to it I will have to part it out.....it be alot easier if i had a garage to do it.in.and store parts but my townhouse does not....only a spot in front of the house where the car is now so thats why trying to sell as is...that and in the right hands this car could be back on the road in no time.
Yea the elantra sport is a fun commuting car....altho i commuted to and from manhattan for 7 years in my SS. Elantra has 201 hp and 195 ft/lbs....they finaly put an IRS which makes a huge difference in the corners
