If you were closer to Colorado, you'd have my business. A flight to Florida is just too pricey and to drive that back from Florida, can't imagine the time it'll take.

Tell him you want 500 dollars off the price and for him to buy the plane ticket

... I dunno what to say. I was seriously hoping to see this car running hard after all the time I spent on it. Sucks to see it go if it does, but I understand. I for one hope you do keep it.

Nice car....
I'm in the same boat, only I'm going from a tricked out Toyota I'm trying to sell to get a STOCK MINT 09 SS TC with 8K miles on it. I have a deal for this *new car* @ 16K even. You NEVER get back what you put into it. It's always best to have the car STOCK because the market for moded cars is VERY THIN. Many don't trust a rebuild..NO WARRANTY either. I came down a TON on my car and NADA..ZIP! I'm going to trade in the car now for the BALT, since it's a screamin deal.
BTW, the dealers out here in Ca are still giving out the $3k cash back on the NEW Balts that are left and you can probably squeeze em for another 1K. Not bad.
GL with sale, but you'd prolly have to go MUCH lower to actually make the sale happen.

That's fine and dandy for the SELLER, but if you're a potential BUYER you're 1) probably not LOOKING for that to begin with and won't know FIRST HAND what that rebuild will *do* for you. 2) Gun shy because of potential rebuild problems
2) wanting a Factory WARRANTY on the engine

I'm not questioning what a great car this is....just looking at it from a BUYERS point of view. Like I said..been there done that with my HIGHLY modded Toyota. You won't cash in on all the goodies in fact they usually work AGAINST you $$$ wise.

BTW, I saw earlier post that you had a boost problem recently. Has that been taken care of and what was the problem?
