and to answer the questions from last time..
Well just to answer most questions the car was ordered in October of 2006, and I took delivery from Wally Edgar Chevrolet in December of2006. Car was kept in garage until February as I drove my moms truck and spared the Cobalt the harsh winter roads in Michigan. The car was driven to Ann Arbor and back every weekend last summer, and managed around 34 mpg on the 70+ mile trip.I drove the car to and from work every week day (10 mile trip) and managed around 23 in the city. I drove the car to Kansas and back once (1000 miles) and managed 36 mpg. When I moved from Michigan to Kansas for school in August the car was put in the garage under a brand new cover up until this point. Now that the weather is decent in Michigan it sits in the driveway in a very safe neighborhood.
As far as modifications are concerned, the dealership has seen, and is aware of all modifications and has not voided my warranty, nor do they find any of my modifications worthy of voiding the warranty. The warranty is full power train for 5 years or 100,000miles. I have installed new rims; they are Bronze 18 inch Enkei Evo 5’s wrapped in Pirelli Pzero’s. I have the stock 18 Gunmetal rims, they will come with the car but there is no rubber on them. They would be perfect for mounting some winter tires, and using the Enkei’s in the summer. In the interior I have installed a Hurst Short Throw Shifter. It is easier to shift through the gears and looks nicer then the stock. I have the stock shifter and it will be included. The engine has a full MRZ engine cover kit installed and looks very flashy. I have also installed a DC sport strut bar that stiffens the front of the car. I also have one of a kind, custom made door sills, which are aluminum and say General Motors. The trunk lid has been replaced. The trunks are perfectly interchangeable and you would not be able to tell, had I not mentioned it. This way there were no holes to fill and the finish is perfect. I have two exhaust systems for the car. I have the GMPP performance exhaust, as well as the Ark N2 system. Both come with the car, but the Ark is currently installed. The cover craft cover also comes with it and GM rubberized floor mats to protect the carpet. I’m sure I forgot something.
As for the car itself it is a Black 2007 Cobalt SS/SC. 2007 is the last year for the supercharged model of the Cobalt. The 07’s have a new steering wheel with driver controls. The car has a Pioneer radio with an MP3 jack right on the front to hook up an IPOD. The System has 7 speakers and 10 inch sub in the trunk. The interior is red and black leather. The front seats are heated on the bottom and back. The car has Nuremberg sport tuned suspension, and is a blast to drive. The car was never raced or anything,as I spent most my time at school or work.
