You don't believe I'm in the market for an STI? And why is that?

I happened to get a very hefty pay increase so now I can afford an STI.

Trust me, had I known that I would've gotten a pay increase this early, I wouldn't of bought the car.

If anyone is in the area and wants to drive it and is serious let me know. I have nothing to hide.

Oh and I owe $14480 on it.

what why not he realized the cobalt is only good for mid 12's reliably without throwing everypay check into it , i bought my car in august and im ready to sell to , im just 19 and theres no way in hell ill be able to get what i owe on the cobalt bc im already 4500 in the hole to begin with , the only reason i got my cobalt is bc my mom said i had to buy NEW , its common to buy a car and then not want it , im in the market for an 05 gto

Ah, I can relate. This is exactly how I ended up in my SS/SC!

Good luck, the STI's are nice, and I have a feeling they MAY be my next car, but that is a long way off!

Thank you.

Also I would like to add that when I was buying my new car my parents wouldn't co-sign, so I had to get approved on my own. So STI was out as were a lot of other cars.

I plan on keeping the STI for a while.

Thanks man!

Good luck with your STI or whatever car you choose next.

I've test driven every year STI from 04-07 and I think I'm getting a used 06. I've found a couple of nice deals on autotrader.

you change the oil every 3000 miles? synthetic or conventional? good luck with the sale... i have a feeling there are a few others like you on here. i'd like to trade mine for a new gto, but the difference in what i owe and what i get makes me love my car alot more.

Thanks guys.

Yes oil has been changed 3 times since I bought it. I'm not 100% sure but I'm pretty positive the car has Mobile 1 Synthetic in it. I took it to the dealer to get the oil changed.

He actually used to work for JBA Cheverlot on Ritchie Hwy, but that was a while ago.

And who are you if you don't mind me asking? lol

Last summer i ran 13.6 on street tires on a 2.7, if you can drive it can be done, and they 12s werent done on "drag-slicks", they were done on drag-radials, the downfall for this car is the 60ft times, and wheel hop, hell look at tofu he ran a 13.6 with a 3.15 pulley, cabs, and k&n intake, just wait till the blower swap comes available and other things do some research.

Update from a WHILE AGO...car now has 12,550 miles on it and just had it's 4th oil change.

I'm not in any hurry to sell, just putting it out there to see if anyone is interested.
