Owning my own shop has drained me both financially, physically, and emotionally. I have worked for less than minimum wage now since january trying to make this all work and unfortunately, it has been tougher than i ever expected. With her income cut in 1/2 and me not making really anything, i have to do something to provide for my family I have NOT lost my love for drag racing and making the Cobalt fast! I have so much in the works for these cars it would blow you guys away!!

Right now i'm trying to figure out a way to keep my house and the cobalt but as most of you know, family comes first! No matter what happens, i will be around to help you all out, tune and work on your cars if needed.

I will keep you all informed and would appreciate a prayer or two

Let me know if there is anything I can help you with. I enjoyed staying with your family and I owe you one!

Thanks guys, no need for donations but i really appreciate the thought.

If it comes down to it, before I ever let the bank have it back, i will de-mod and sale all the parts. I need the money

Hope it doesn't come to that. I just wanted to put a feeler out there as this all came about in the last 2 days and would rather see a person drive it who will enjoy it rather than let the bank get it back. And yes, you can sell a lease. The price i'm asking would leave me 100.00 after i paid off the car and penalties.

Thanks again and will keep you all informed.

On a side note, there is a fix for the clutch issue, hang in there as i'm working on it Also, my spec stage3+ worked better than ever last friday at the track as i was able to powershift effortlessly. What i did different was got to the track early and let it cool down for an hour.

...that really breaks my heart, for real.

to have to give up something you love because of crappy circumstances, albeit out of your control.

i'm sure i speak for a bunch of us to say that we're pulling for you.. and if the ones of us who pray, you'll be in there. god bless.

Well sir, you are doing the right thing by putting your family first.
Its good to know that someone who is so passionate about cars, still prioritizes family first.

Good luck man, and keep looking forward, things WILL get better!
