Just a suggestion, but have you considered talking to a local used car lot for just buying your car off you, or possibly trading it into something very inexpensive over a lengthy loan?

I assume you are asking what you owe with the $9k figure, I just don't understand why IRL folks are constantly asking so little for their cars..
