why are people so obsessed with LSD? do that many people track race or drive in snow?

i've pushed my non LSD balt on a turn and it was fine. yes maybe it doesn't handle as good as an LSD but i don't care.. i don't take high speed turns very often.

as for straight line performance. i was with 3 other balts at the track with similiar mods and they all had LSD and i didn't. We all ran within 1/10th of a second in the 1/4.

 

Basically paid the same for mine with that kind of mileage too.

 

I autocross and enjoy corners, I'm adding an LSD, also my car sucks so much in the snow.

 

that makes sense.

i just see alot of people insisting on it but i seriously doubt the majority of them even autocross or track race.

just a thought.
