For Sale Wtt 02 wrx
I was thinking about actually picking up a wrx in this body but would only be for DD and not modding, they have way too many problems.
What you are asking for is ridiculous in and of itself. Stock SS/SC is worth more than your WRX, you want a turbo swapped or upgraded LSJ, a TVS balt should still sell for $10k and I wouldnt part with my turbo LSJ for less than $15k.

Buy an SRT4, those things are crap boxes. The interior on a skittle makes an SS look like a Cadillac.
Dealer ship offered my 12K trade on my 06 SS/SC. Alot of dealerships and used car lots are trying to get balts. They sell fairly easy....
Has the timing belt been changed? That is a major selling point since its recommended service interval is 105000 miles and many people change theirs sooner because they have a tendency to snap.
Clean rex either way, hope you find what you're looking for but IMO you're going to want another subie in about 6 months.

I`m going to say this the nicest way possible. Book value means nothing , it`s what people will actually pay that matters. Seondly, area code means everything in book value. As each area/climate is different. Which means people have different needs for different vehicles. For instance, in Florida 4x4 trucks don`t go for much. In colorado they do. Third, mods do not add value and sometimes decrease value. Also, ive owned a cobalt before and know what they are really worth on the market. I don`t need to be told.
Book value means nothing, it's only what dealerships use for selling new and used cars, are right about 90% of the time with what you will get for a trade it, what people gauge in order to find a starting price to buy or sell a car, and what the car is actually worth. Yea, you're right, it probably doesn't matter at all. Sorry no one wants to trade you an upgraded t/c for a car worth half as much. I guess we're all just stupid
