I just bought SS/TC struts from you, and i didn't realize there were some more parts i needed to install them...
I need #'s 9, 8, 7, 6, 4, 2 and 1 for both right and left... I'm upgrading from coilovers, and i no longer have the stock components...

Let me know what you can do, i would appreciate any help you could give me, I may even drive Rissa out in the spring

 

Talk to Tom at CED...He just hooked me up with TC struts and shocks. He'll be able to look up the parts your missing and get you what you need.

I picked up new front bump stops as well (# 4)....They took a while to get in and he had to pull a few strings but he was able to get them from me.....Great guy.

 

Tis why i posted in Tom's area... haha. I just got my struts and shocks from them, great deal.

 

Are you going with Pedders springs too?

If so, talk to OTTP about getting the right Rack Spacers for them. I thank after xmas they'll be out.

 

Yep, pedders on the way, rack spacers waiting on rotated mounts to arrive. Only stock suspension component left on the car is the front sway bar, and it's gonna stay there haha.

I would love to. I'm sure John will laugh at me, but i'd love to run Laguna Seca at least once, seeing as how i'm really not all that far away.

will do, when OTTP release their harness bar, or whatever they're gonna call it, i'll add a camera mount. Also want to do some from the twisty roads in the local mountains.

 

I know...I was the one push them on the harness bar so we'll have to see what comes of that.

bump, someone with a set of blown struts or someone who switched to coilovers will have these parts.
he only needs #'s 9,8,7,6,2,1. worth about 60 bucks shipped used.

I am out of the office until Monday. I will be happy to order in those parts for you. Although I had a real tough time getting #4 the last time I ordered it. GM has them on back order. Call me if you can on Monday as im sure with my old age I will forget to work on this... too much holiday cheer.
As for driving Rissa, maybe a convoy of GM Sport Compacts from the west coast???
