Is the poor condition just the scratches? Or are there other blemishes? I will be priming and painting the lip to match the color of my car, will that be enough to get rid of the flaws?

how bout just the clips

 

All of the lips are scratched but all of them if sanded and repainted will be just like new (evein if you by a new lip it still needs to be sanded before painting).

Only what you see in the picture for colors. Shipping with in the C states is $44.95 due to the size of the box we ship them in.
