I can't get my nozzle into the intake tube.
Just like the title says. I drilled the proper size hole as per the install instructions and I can't get the nozzle to bite into the intake.
Whenever it does, my nozzle seems to tear up the intake a little bit not letting it grip and stay put.
I kinda need it for this weekend, so I'm going to Lowe's to try to find a super tiny nut that fits so I can bolt it into the intake pipe. That, or use about 200 zip ties to hold the nozzle into the intake.
Anybody ever had this problem before? I'm tapping an AEM Intake which is a super soft metal.

After you drill the hole you need to put threads in it by running a tap into it. Do not run it all the way thur. The bottom of the tap should pop thur 1/8"-1/4" If the nozzle will not tighten all the way down you need to run the tap down another thread.
