well i thought this was bs but don't drive a grand am. I can say that after reading the Grand am forum there are a lot of assholes driving those girly ass cars. Stupid ass cobalt drivers ? Wow such hostility. I like the grand am but I didn't know that such dick heads drove them.

Unless he swapped them, they should be Alero-style mirrors. 2. GTs came with a four speed auto. He must have done a MAJOR swap to get that 5 speed Getrag in. Including, cutting the firewall hole, ECM swap, custom engine mounts, etc... 3. The car has door badges, so it is definitely NOT a 2003. Door badges were stopped for the mid-year 2002. There are a few extra expenses like getting a 4 cyl computer etc...but for the most part you are looking at less than $3,000 for absolutely everything...and then you have no worries about LIM or ruining your tranny and you get a lighter car! 2) only 6k? there are members on our forum that have put in well over double that amount and they are just beginning to see 12's, let alone 12.3's. 3) 254 tq and you snapped the axles. please :thumbsdow 4) I don't know of anyone who went out of their way to put door badges onto a newer model car to make it look like it was older. 5) Why brag about your times on a Cobalt forum when your car is a Grand Am? wow a 12.3 with only bolt ons, if you can better your 60ft time and decide to touch your motor youll see high 11's easily..... oh yeah im not tryin to tell you how to drive your car or n e thing but if you ease off the clutch around 3500 its prob a lot better than dumping it at 6000 but thats just my opinion

This would be the first case I know of, of somebody purposely putting badges in a place they weren't previously." does he not have any honda drivers with fake Si badges?? or the few mustang drivers who have GTR badges?? old school chevy drivers who have SS on their car when it was not an original SS??? or is he just talking about grand ams?

i rly wanna see this boosted grand am against one of our best balts.... maybe who went the path of intense stage 3-5, or a gm stage 2 with a 2.8, or maybe even someone with a 2.5 and 60lber injectors, Of couse with more mods too but i rly wanna see somethin like that.
