just bolt on some base LS calipers and rotors, cheaper and easier than taking a grinding wheel to decent (single piston?) LSJ calipers lol

What about the spindle. I thought it was different on the base model.

I think they might be the same as LSJ or G5GT

i went with the verde protocols and the M & H Slicks. Zrated is on the same setup as well.

Believe we shaved 6 pounds per wheel as well from stock.

yea and from the M&H engineers themselves that is the best combination for our setup. I ran a 12.1@116mph and trapped 117. But since you have a different lug pattern im sure you have more options

if you want a 15x8 go with a +26 (5.5" backspacing) stock backspacing is 5.7" for an sc wheel. so the 15x8 5.5" will allow for a slightly wider tire, say a 255/50/15 (25.1"x10")

its also a very common backspacing on 15" drag wheels

To further bump this thread, is there any "stock" type wheels that anybody has tried? steelies, random oem wheels, etc. Im lookin for some 15x7 or 15x6 wheels to run some 225 slicks/radials. I am also 5x114.3 bolt pattern

I found these on Summit raceings Website. They have a 5.50 backspacing which is close to my 18x8 Drag wheels so they should work if your LSJ calipers are prepped right. (A little grinding needed to run 15s)

if i were looking at the 15x7 and they only have a 4" backspacing...that would basically be the same amount of clearance correct? I do have spacers that i could run if needed

Measure your wheel to be sure.
