Sounds about right to me. Stock pulley and an auto car. My car only trapped 94 bone stock, but I was at KCIR and it was humid as **** (had rained for like almost a week straight and there was a lot of flooding). I'm sure I could have gotten a higher trap out of mine on a better day.
Get a shift kit and a stall for that thing and you can pull that down to damn near a 13 with that trap speed.

...you only ran a 13.8 ? ....ur sig says 270whp and ur car is like 600 lbs or some bullshit lighter than the cobalts my friend dyno'd crank like 220 and he was always like a few cars ahead of me ..i ran a 14.00 1/4 mile ? i think the question here is whats up with ur car or did you go to a super happy dyno lol

is your nissan FWD? If so, I doubt it. You'll need some good suspension work to hit a 12 with your current power.
