Charger R/T vs. SS/SC
Alright guys, so I am curious..
Help me out.
I have a 2006 Dodge Charger R/T Daytona with a Mopar Cold Air Intake and Mopar Performance Exhaust.
What do you think would be the outcome vs a Cobalt SS/SC? SS/SC S2?
I was thinking that the Charger will take it off the line but in the long run the Cobalt running it out?
And how about at the track? That is what is making me curious, cuz I wanna run it this weekend.

I ran a hemi c from roll in my SS/NA.
It wasn't pretty.
The faster we went the more I pulled.
From a dig they will beat me, and it is a driver's race from a dig between an SS/SC and a R/T or a Hemi C

I am assuming the 300C was stock?
And did you have mods?

EDIT: If you are talking about the Cobalt in your sig.
It's really a driver's race with a slight edge to the R/T for having RWD

my friend has a 300c hemi w/ intake, chip, and exhaust. i have a custom tune full 2.5 in exhaust w/ high flow cat injen cai and poly tranny mounts. from a dig we are dead even (he pulls a car off the line but i catch him by 2ndgear) even till 120 then he pulls away. from a 40 roll i pull about to cars on him and hold him off untill 120 then he starts reeling me in.
His best track time was 13.9 @103 i believe. iv never been to the track but im guessing im in the 13.8-14.0 range
if you have stg 2 you should do just fine

I think from a roll SS/SC wins S2 or not.
I think most of the people on here have realized that stg 2 isn't everything. But however is is not a weak mod for the money.
Well then here is my question... who wants to race me from a dig?

As a owner of both the SS/SC and a R/T,
My SS/SC stock ran 14.6s and my R/T stock ran 14.1s
With a bunch of mods the SS runs 13.4s...
With 3 mods the R/T runs 13.6s....
Depending on the cars mods, it could go either way...
