What do you guys think my chances are with my full bolt on and tuned SS/TC vs. 04' Cobra Supercharged with Minor Bolt on's and im pretty sure stock pulley? Whats your opinion's?

If hes on stock pulley I think it will be very close, cobra's are way to heavy thats the only downfall they have

What would you consider "full bolt ons" because we all have diff sayings when it comes to "full bolt ons"

stock they were incredibly fast, and v8s arent like these cars when it comes to bolt ons... those cobras with a few boltons make 500whp your car with every bolt on makes 330whp... thats alot of power to make up

Thanks for the input guys cause ima race my brother in about a week and it's his cobra well soon to be mines though he just got married and is giving it to me I always said i would never drive a ford but a Free cobra???? why not!?I feel kinda bad but honestly once i get it the cobalt is just going to stick to being a sexy ass daily grind car cause i would really like to turn that cobra into a striaght up project car.

I really can't wait i told him let's race cause i wanted to see what i was gonna be getting my self into lol it's really nice it's an 04' metallic blue cobra it has 17,159 miles He's got the car breathing right as of right now but he has a hole new fuel system he has not installed yet and I believe dont quote me but i believe he has a 2.7 pulley im not too sure on the size though and some other goodies including suspension and etc. now let's see if he is not an ******* and gives me the stuff for free or if he try's to make me buy that stuff off him my brother can be a dick like that at times lol atleast he satisfied my thirst for gas with a V8

 

Its not metallic blue. Its called majestic lol. And is the best color in my opinion. Stock pulley stock tune, from a roll you get beat. Most of the cobra drivers I have seen cant drive for **** and run high 12's low 13's on the strip. You ahve a chance to beat him on the track if he cant drive. But he will out trap you still. I know I am going to get **** for saying that but its true. There was a bone stock termi with bfg drag's and went 12.5 at 112 all day long. 1.9 60's

Dude it will happen dont worry I have been a car buff since I came out the womb and I have Always been in Love with V8's even since then my favorite cars has always been Corvette's does not matter what year i love every year and edition but.........my big bro could not to buy me a Vette so his Cobra will do just fine lol Atleast i'll never be saying I should've got a V8 lol! corny i know sorry

 

Dont want to get your hopes up too much but i have raced and beat one barely barley unknown mods tho he said he made 447 to the tire but i say unknown mods just because you cant believe what people say but it is possible i brake boosted hard in second and hit 3rd perfect (no-lift) but anyhow it was still close and i have a drop in filter superchips and catless dp. people can call bs all they want but the truth is that day it happened i won..... he could have drove horrible and me perfect or i could have got beat and it could have went the other way around but it didnt that day. also i pulled a bone stock gt 500 on the highway and just fyi before everyone laughs the 03 cobra is around a 10th quicker through the quarter than the gt500 in the tests ive seen.
