Got into the 11's in the 1/4
I went a few months back during IFO in dallas and only got to run twice cause of all the people there and my best was a 12.3 @ 112 with a miss shift on 4th L… so I knew the car had 11’s in it… Went back this past Saturday and first run out I spun all of first gear and got a 12.5 I said to myself “this isn’t gonna be a good day” I was also 2nd car out on the track… eventually the track got better and my launches got better… 12.2 to a 12.1 to a 12.08! SO CLOSE! When I was that close I said screw it and didn’t let the car cool off and went for another run (no line pretty much) and apperantly that’s what the car wanted lol

hahaha yea made me think of days of thunder when the pit crew was eating ice cream
on a serious note: i really think the car has a 11.5 in it with summer tires so i can get the 60 foot to a 1.7

So rematch @IFO for launching? Lol don't wanna get drug out the hole by a FWD car again do u hahaha. Congrats on 11's and look forward to seeing the car run

I'm on all that stock stuff lol it'll hold launches just fine... Might need a beefy clutch tho... But I wasn't worried bout breaking cause all I did was spin

How much boost are you running? Your limitation is your injectors. Whoever tuned it probably saw they were near maxing out and stopped there. I tuned a built FP black evo last night with 1000's on E85 and GSC S2 cams and when we got to the WOT portion of it we quickly found out that his injectors and single 255 walbro didnt come close to keeping up with his 25 lb wastegate spring. I thought he had a 14 lb spring, but no such luck.
My friend has a 6262 built 2.0 and when he was running the 1600's (ones that my above mentioned friend with the stock turbo WW evo has now) with a single 255 he maxed the fuel system out on 23-24 lbs and dialed it back to 22 until his dual pump setup and FIC 2150's came in. Then he made 671whp on 35 lbs
