hit the track tonight!!!

Went to the track tonight and it was really nice out except for the cold lol.... no wind at all.

First couple of runs I ran 14.1, 14.2, and 14.3
then I ran a 14.0002
and finally!!! ran a 13.96 @ 103.9mph 60ft- 2.31 1/8et- 9.09@ 81.18mph
I took a break let the car cool down, and ran two more runs one was a 14.1
and the final one was a 14.0060.

So yeah it was a good night

Never got why people put all kinds of money into their engines but cant never get good tires and make an excuse that they have shitty tires..

not an excuse........i was bored and went to the track at the last min. didnt have time to pick up the drs and put them on plust i just recently got done with the build and havent look for a good street tire since when i was s/c i never had a need for a diff/better tire.. so dont assume before you know the facts

that's a good trap speed. Get you some better tires and you'll pick up a couple tenths. Probably run something like a 13.6 or 13.7. If you can get a shift kit and a stall to add to some slicks, you might get damn close to 12's.

I plan on getting drag radials, and actual solid motor mounts than my stock ones being filled with poly. After I do my valvetrain, I'm gonna tackle the tranny!!!

get that 60 foot to 2.0 or lower and you'll be in the mid 13's easy.
