I lined up next to a Challenger SRT8 on Wednesday!!!
You're right... it's a heavy beast. But look at it!
If I bought one, I'd want a room with a revolving floor so I can just sit and stare at he car while it slowly spins around.
Then I would grow my sideburns long, wear 70's sunglasses, and take it to the beach to seduce hot jailbait girls.

6.1 + boost = blamo!
they hate boost for some odd reason.
well in stock form.
id take one in black. id prefer a white one though. bring back the cuda and i will buy one

Man those cars run almost exactly the same!! Look at the RTs and 60s. I bet they would have been dead effin even with the driver of the GTO in both cars.
Thats pretty good shifting too. The challenger I assume is auto and the GTO is m6 right?

nice kill man...the challenger dude totally fell asleep at the wheel .8 reaction time is really sloppy...
as for the car itself...looks mean as hell on the outside...too bad it looks like a 300/magnum/charger on the inside

dunno if it was the driver or conditions, but 13.5 is a good bit slower than the times I've seen for the challenger srt8
forget which mag it was...probably car and driver
but anyhow, in their SRT8 challenger vs Shelby GT-500 comparison, they ran 13.1 in the challenger. forget the trap speed....

To the Camaro bashers, what changed that you hated so much? The gas cap placement? The 69 Camaro didn't have it on top near the trunk, that was the Charger. The exhaust was going to change and we all knew. The interior is still in its concept form, which kicks ass compared to the Challenger's...theres nothing distinguishing it from the rest of the Dodge lineup. I really, really wish they made the 'Cuda instead...or make a true Charger.
I imagine the guy was so new to the Challenger that the RT was a mix b/t of not knowing where it would slip and not knowing when to stomp on it. At least if that was the first and only run it did that night.
