I looked at the ss/tc offical 1/4 mile timeslips and there are none?

What does a stock 08 ss/tc run in 1/4? Would I have a chance of beating my buddys 07 mustang gt? I have driven both and I swear mine feels faster his just feels like a dog. It has bassani exhaust underdrive pulleys and stock 4.56 gears supposedly but it sure does not feel like 4.56's. I just did a quick search and looked around so any help would be greatly appreciated. I now I will prob get a few people saying use the search and I did I just dont have enough time to search for 30min if I dont know exactly what i'm looking for.

Thats what i was thinking also if I can get a good 60ft I will at the very least hang and give him a run for his money. He thinks he will slaughter my car, i'm thinking no.

nobody has broke 13's yet. Most run mid-low 14's. The average that people have said on this site is 14.3/14.4 @ 99-102mph.

he does not have 4:56 gears unless he put them in. he has 3:55s. if you do race him do it from a roll unless you know he cant drive. he will leav off the line and you will catch up but probably wont catch him until right around the 1/4 mile mark. roll race you should win though.

You'll run a 14.3 at around 100mph with a 2.3 60 foot. In other words, if you bog the launch you'll run 14.3. Launch it right and you'll see low 14's high 13's.

The SS/TC guys need to get their slips up. I would have thought we would be seeing SS/TC times by now. What's the hold-up?

I know of a couple ss t/c that run mid-high 13's with no mods just stock and with that u should have no problem taking out the stang gt... that's saying if your a half way good driver and could launch... but from a roll u got him no prob...

Damn that's harsh. I'm sure in time they will have better times. My 1st few times out I was stuck in the 14.7 range.

If he is a decent driver he will run 13.6-13.7 on average. If he is a very good driver he could pull off a 13.3-13.4. If he had a tune with his mods than low 13's would be very easy for him if he can drive. Your best bet is to go from a roll.

I ran a 14.28@100

and the newer mustang GT's will win... I raced a few at the track they usually run around 13.8s... They launch on me hard but I tend to catch up... from a roll a T/C would win but from a dig the GT will win

from a dig he will more than likely beat you.

From a roll it should be pretty even, unles its some ridiculously high roll then you will probably win.

Mustangs=teh suck for top end

Your car is kind of different than a stock SS/TC.
