ls turbo 1/4 mile

Ok first time at the track I have a 06 ls turbo cobalt I made 291 whp @ 10 psi I have pretty stock driveline, besides, I have zzp axles, zzp solid top engine mount, and poly inserts in my trans mounts. I ran a 14.26 at 105 but my 60 ft was 2.55 that was my first and fastest run I wanted into the 13's but Idk if my current setup would do that thinking about doing Fe5 lower control arms and maybe traction bars just for the track. I just bought some new bf goodrich kdw's before my runs got pretty bad wheel hop but manage able didn't go all out on my launch either. Just lookin for input

Thats still a good run for your first time man.

Look into rotated mounts from Powell, only things that will fully cure wheel hop for the F23

Get 60' down smooth for sure. Should be able to do 2.1-2.2 on street tires after a few tries. You will be in the 13's easy then. I ran 225 fronts and an ingals td tightened up for my only track day with mine, 2.1-2.2 60 and no wheel hoppin.

indeed.haha oh just a fyi, there's a LSJ here same mods as me on E85 that 300whp.just sayin.I have more displacement and more compression which would make more power than the lsj.Im not basing my hp on his car.honestly if I hit 250 wheel I would be happy. But with some of the cars I keep with/pull,everyone here is thinking closer to 300 which I hope not since i'm on stock internals. We'll see though.
