MS3 Vs. SS/TC
Dude, The Mazda wins..
1. It has 4 Doors and a Hatch!
2. It isnt drag limited to 37 Mph because of a Ludicrous WING.
3. It isn't made anywhere in America, So it might actually not feel like it will fall apart.
4. It has ACTUAL REAR INDEPENDENT SUSPENSION. Not a system that was used on Horse Carts in the 30s like the SS
Dude, I'm not even going to bother, because everyone else on this forum knows that it would take you 10 Years to modify your SS to half the level of mine..

I like the MS3, but wow, get off the high horse.
The SS isn't the only car on the planet.

It sure as hell isn't; I'll be the FIRST to admit that my SS/TC isn't the be all and end all... It's a reasonably good performance car for a good price. I say these things because you've come into this thread bashing the car we drive. Furthermore, the "insults" you chose to use were off-base. It's entertaining that you call the SS/TC's suspension setup archaic when it's much better suited to track work than either the MS3's or your car's.
They're both great cars. If you can't see that, you should probably get the hell off this forum and never come back.

ESPECIALLY in Canada, the MS3 isnt even near the same price point up here.
I didnt look them up online before I went car shopping, I wasnt really considering it, but when I walked in after the testdrive and he told me the price all I could do was laugh.

MMMMM HID Glare and body kits

Stickerzzz yo!!
Okay for real, great job on the motor build and all, I'll give you that. No need to come on our forums talking **** and bragging about your 8 yr old car though.
I think both parties bickering are retarded.
To the Protege owner...you lost some mucho respect from me coming in here and acting like our cars suck.
Lettme dump the time and money you did into your very nice Protege into my car and we can go from there. You have a built motor and whatnot, so your car in comparison to most of the cars on this site is a joke. Oh noez, IRS is the best you can come up with?
You took a laughable car that stock would get whooped on by mildly bolted 2.4 Cobalts, and made it a damn respectable car. It doesn't mean that Mazda>everything because your car is the ****.
Stock for stock the SS is faster than the speed3. Period. The speed3 is TONS more practical. If I had to build either one of them up, give me the Eco though.
As for the rest of you, we have rental cars for crying out loud.
