Need help!!!

Need major help.... driver mod x100..... im having a huge problem at the track, it appears to be from my 1-2 shift...... car just falls on its face when i shift, and it really kills me.... my last time at the track was pathetic.... i actually ran slower than my first time at the track.... i dont usually launch my car, so i know i lack practice.... but i just wanna see what people who are in the 12's got to say.... my car is pretty quick from a roll... one of my last kills was a m3 with header exhaust intake, lightweight pulley, and i pulled him about a car and a half from a 40.... so any advice would be useful!!

im curious why you say its falling on is face.... does it not go anywhere even theough your foot is on the floor and then you get up to a certain rpm and WHAM theres the power? what rpm are you shifting out of first? how long in milliseconds are you changing gears? do you have a monster clutch?

also what are your 1/4 mile times? maybe your tune is effed. where does your afr and spark advance go when it falls on its face?
