good luck if you are running tomorrow. Today went ok for me. 15 flat was my best. I don't figure out how much the track could hold. bog one pass and wheel hop the next. oh well. ilvoecars went from 16.4 down to 15.8 so that was good. I will try and get pictures and video up tomorrow. well later today.

I was there that day, Revhigh18 actually had a faster run of 12.806 @ 113.83.
Video of two runs (fastest pass is the second race).

Timesheet he posted in an earlier thread:

What's the forum name of the other black TC that was at KCIR yesterday, his times were in between Revhigh and me. I have a vid of his best pass too (13.48 @ 107.7), all he needs to do is post the timeslips and car info (tuned and street tires like me), then I can post the vid.

i didn't even know this thread existed.
i have no proof except for people who were there bc there weren't any time slips. the track in the summer has kinda like an amature night sorta. its like a car show, but u can run the track. its an 1/8th mile.
i ran a 10.21 with intake, ss/sc cat-back exhaust, and spec stage 2+ clutch.
i was kinda surprised considering i have no real power add ons.

ok, I changed up the lists a tad. In the event that I've seen saab ecotec guys and I know we have a lot of redline guys and pontiac g5 guys on the forum, some even on the top 10 lists already, I've changed the lists from cobalt to engine codes. I did this in order to try and help the forum grow more and to encourage more ecotec owners to join up and help us grow.

So are all LNF's included in the "throwdown"...or just the FWD balts?.,
IMO it should just stay all Cobalts..Other sites has there own drag times if they choose. If it keeps progressing like this .net will be a new dragtimes .com

while the sols and skys have the LNF as well as the cobalt, them being rwd just makes it totally different platform when it comes to racing. It isn't related. I encourage the sols and skys to become members and provide any info they've discovered on the LNF motor, but rwd isn't related to fwd at all. While I am expanding the list to include more than just cobalts, (saabs, hhrs, ions, and g5's to be exact) a rwd car just can't relate.
My goal is to bring all the fwd ecotecs together.
I don't see why a hhr lnf can't compete directly with the ss/tc. and just like we already have the redline competes with the ss/sc.
The one car we don't have representing is the saab 9-3 with the LK9.
Does this make sense? Or should I change it back? I'm not going to go on other sites and grab up 1/4 mile times, I'm only going to post up times that are pm'ed to me directly from a member of this site.
If a sol or sky wants to be on the top 10, they have to compete on the non cobalt top 10 list.
I just did a check on all the other forums,
We are just short of 40,000 members here.
Chevyhhr.net has 12,500 members.
redline forums has 7500 member and has been around longer than css.net.
ion forums has 1000 members.
ecotecforum.com has 2400 members.
solsticeforum.com has 18,000 members.
skyroadster.com has 10,000 members.
css.com has 9,000 members.
those are the bigger forums. There are many other smaller forums out there. As you can see, we are the biggest and still the fastest growing online forum for all ecotec enthusiasts. Hell, the saab guys only have a small section for the ecotec saabs on their forums.
