OFFICIAL TOP TEN 1/4 and 1/8th MILE RULES!!
Hopefully this can be made a sticky.
Okay, here goes.
Poll Options:
1. Must provide 2 different slips from the same day. The 2nd slip is to backup the 1st one. So I wouldn't suggest providing a 12sec 115mph slip and a 14sec 99mph slip. The whole point is to prove that you actually did run that time and that it wasn't a fluke in the tracks sensors, you ran it consistently.
2. Provide a video of the run OR a picture of your car at the track with your car's numbers still on the windshield and the slip being held up close to the camera. There's an option so that if you got a vid, then you can just post that and not go through the trouble of the picture and if you don't have someone to video tape, then you better take a picture.
3. Must be an active member contributing to cobaltss.net
4. Must still OWN and DRIVE the same car that made that pass.
5. Add 1/8th mile categories
6. Add a separate 1/8th mile sticky
Of course, all the times already posted are going to be affected by this. I think we should definitely add 1/8th mile categories or just a whole new sticky for 1/8th mile times. Some people don't live close to a 1/4 mile. I know the nearest 1/4 to me is 3hrs away. I visit the 1/8th mile quite frequently.
Poll is multiple option and any option that has considerably less votes than the majority options won't be used as rules.
Poll will be up for 10 days.

okay, it's looking like anything above 50% will get added as a rule. As for the 2 different 1/8th mile categories. I'll try to get Bad06SS to add since that one has more votes than the seperate unless that changes before this poll ends.
bump, poll will be up 9 more days. PM people that haven't voted. Would like to get as many members as possible to vote, especially all the ones that do any type of drag racing and would like to be in the Top 10 one day.

well, that vote is an option. You can either provide a picture OR a video. I'd much rather just see a vid of the pass than a picture. The picture is mainly for people that don't have anyone to tape them making a pass.
