3 observations, first, I saw someone made an awd reference, I thought they were being funny as it needs some grip to go 11's, but then I saw the rear tires a flying on the chassis dyno, what exactly is going on there? Also, I cant believe the track left you run in shorts, be careful, the next tech guy may not be so lax, And finally, who adjusts their radio in the middle of an 11 second pass? LMAO, that was too cool. : ) Great job! Keep us posted on future runs.

Yea this is the first time I wore shorts. I had pants on but many others didn't so I decided to be cool for the day as it was <90*

Simple answer for the dyno is its easier to drive on then to back on... (Fans are in the front so it's awd dyno so those rollers must roll)

YeA, my girl was like why are you touching the radio at 110?! I said so all these fools believe me when I make an 11 second pass

You put down some great numbers and an 11 second pass! Then not much love here? This forum is really dumb sometimes...

Great job. I put up some great numbers on the dyno now I need to learn how to launch like that and see what it does in the quarter.

I'm a supporter! I enjoy drag numbers rather than dyno numbers.

A little off topic but did anyone notice how well the civic did? Wonder what was done to it and what time did it hit? Nonetheless, good job on the launch and pass.

He is the one who bumped it, so he may be on here at some point to answer your question. Doesn't hurt to ask.

I did sell this car shortly after. So 11.63 was the fastest. I since have another Balt but it's not set up for drag so haven't been with this one. Just bumped bc doesn't seem like anyone is going fast. Maybe this will spur some speed

If I wasn't cutting 2.3 60 ft times I would at least be in the 12's. May bite the bullet next year and get slicks. Drag radials are just to finicky either too hot and hop, or to cold and spin. Just can't get off the line! Your car was a beast for not having done any motor work. Was thinking wert was going to try his hand at getting his zfr down the track. Thanks for reminding us of the potential and glad to hear you got another cobalt.
