if they ran 13.5 than it was with slicks..car doesnt have enough power to make it into the 12's..they'd do better with drag radials

 

ya slicks will slow down the trap, but launch harder

 

and they only trapped 102 last time at the track,so with slicks they prolly trapped 98-100mph..thats stock ss/sc traps,yet they are some what tuned

ineed a TUNE... my AFR with the canned stage 2 tune were at 10.2-10.4... sometimes hitting 9.8..

than why run to bad?my first run with s2 was 14.1.but i did have diffrent tires..and eventually got up to 13's

i also ran a 14.1 with just Stage 2 aswell. that was with the 2.0 60ft

that night i just couldnt launch it, and i never heated the tires up. wasnt thinking really...

 

eh it happens...same thing happened to me when i kept hitting 2.3-2.4 60'..said *** it and burned them up and whooaalaa 2.2

 

exactly i was launching a 2.3.2.4 all night..
