So what would be a good 60 ft time I need to be looking for with factory tires?

ok and what would be a good 1/4 time at 3500 ft above sea level think i could get in the 13's with my mods?

If the weather is warm at all, you are going to heat soak like a MFer cause you don't have any cooling mods...

they are showing 82 for the high but im not going till about 8pm so it should be in the 70's by then

You will still heat soak like hell. Get some cooling mods or you're times are going to get worse every run.

what about buying to cans of compressed air and turn it upside down and spray it on the intercooler?
